Cross feeding stations are designed to transfer 90° the rows of products
This system’s function is to transform a flow of rows in a flow of products, distributing the incoming rows to one or more wrapping legs. The operation is done by transferring each single row at 90° onto the conveyors running toward the downstream packaging machines. Different cross feeding station models are available according to the speed of the line and the product’s characteristics.
A machine designed to handle a large variety of size with a high degree of reliability and reduced changeover times. Adaptable to any kind of production environment and satisfying any ergonomic and hygienic requirement, the machine is also available in a stainless steel configuration.
Hygienic and Design Requirements:
- Standard modules built with hygienic design and easy access for cleaning
- All machine parts in contact with product are manufactured with FDA-approved materials

- The system provides the 90° transfer of the products out of the main line
- A special version of the system can provide product re-feed during normal production to a stand-by wrapping leg in case of LIFO buffer presence
