The Products Turning Device is used to turn the products 90 degrees from a broad edge leading position to a narrow edge leading orientation. The orientation is achieved with two conveyors running at different speeds and with vertical motorized belts (ensuring no friction or damage to the product).
Hygienic and Design Requirements:
- Belts equipped with scrappers
- Drawers for crisps recovering are installed all along the system
- Built with 300 mm clearance from floor to ease cleaning operations
- Motors with safety/hygienic covers
Main Features:
- 90° product turning to deliver a flow to the downstream equipment
- No product accumulation
- System working speeds controlled by wrapping machine speed
- Rejects products that don’t conform to dimensions (by means of a 3D Control System)
