ROLE OBJECTIVES:

The role aims to ensure the efficiency and punctuality of incoming and outgoing logistics flows, optimizing time, costs, and warehouse resources. It ensures inventory accuracy and document compliance with import/export and trade compliance requirements. It coordinates logistics service providers to maintain and improve service levels, while supporting the integration of logistics processes with ERP systems to support production and quality functions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans and supervises parcel collection and shipping activities to customers and/or suppliers, manages the operational issuance of transport documents
• Supports import/export processes with regard to operational logistics aspects
• Supports trade compliance processes in the production of accompanying documentation for goods (supplier declarations, shipper documents)
• Manages logistics service providers in compliance with and improvement of costs and service levels
• Plans and supervises internal logistics and warehouse activities
• Acts as a point of reference for resident logistics and porterage service companies
• Monitors inventory status and supervises periodic inventory auditing processes
• Supports logistics/production/quality processes in ERP management (production reversal/quality returns)

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Degree in engineering, economics, or equivalent qualifications
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• In-depth knowledge of distribution logistics, inbound/outbound, and warehouse processes
• Experience in the operational management of domestic and international shipments, including customs and documentation aspects
• Skills in import/export and trade compliance, including the preparation of accompanying documentation
• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) for logistics, inventory, and production management
• Familiarity with tools for inventory monitoring and periodic auditing

• Professional use of Excel and other data analysis tools for monitoring logistics KPIs

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mechanical installation and testing at the customer’s premises, coordinating with the Technical Department and paying attention to the deadlines set in agreement with the Project Manager,
• Functional verification of machines during testing up to FAT, supported if necessary by the machine mechanical designer,
• Accurate and punctual reporting on work progress,
• Mechanical and functional training at the customer’s premises.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Diploma of Mechanical Technician,
• At least 3 years’ experience in the role

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish a relationship of partnership and trust with customers, develop market and business strategies to ensure new sales and maintain quality post-sale.
• Attend fairs, events, existing customers, and potential customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares all technical documentation relating to commissioning activities to support the project team
• Develops and shares the internal testing plan with the team
• Develops and shares the installation plan with the customer
• Supervises commissioning activities by verifying that the correct procedures are followed
• Verifies that the installation achieves the contractual performance with the objective of passing the performance test
• Support the technical department in the development of new technical solutions given the experience gained in previous projects
• Supervises the activities of external collaborators involved in the project
• Manages the commissioning resources involved in the project
• Prepares reports of commissioning activities to be presented to the project manager and the customer
• If necessary, supervises the performance test at the customer’s site
• Assists the project manager in contacts with the customer so that the handover of the plant goes smoothly
• Checks the mechanical progress of the plant during handover with the production team, and defines activities to achieve completion
