World’s largest Asia pacific’s leading event for Bakery & Confectionery

Bakery China 2026, co-sponsored by the China Association of Bakery and Confectionery Industry and Bakery China Exhibitions Co. Ltd., will be held from May 20 to 23 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. It is a key event for the baking and sugar products industry, focusing on industry exchanges, innovation, and upgrades. The exhibition will cover 330,000 square meters with 12 pavilions showcasing the entire industrial chain. Over 2,200 exhibitors from 30+ countries will present nearly 10,000 products, including thousands of new product launches.
