Round Bagels / Speed: up to 1200 ppm
CT PACK’S SOLUTION
The system receives the naked products (round bagels) in random distribution from over-head conveyor; transfers the products into N°4 flows; phases the products using ALP-3 servo-driven conveyors system; flow-wrap the products in single packs and automatically load the outer cases in random disposition with a counting system. In normal condition, three flowpack machines are running while one is in stand-by mode.
