Successful Conclusion of the CT Pack Academy: Mattia Perelli and Bohdan Rukavets’s experience

Mattia Perelli and Bohdan Rukavets have recently completed their CT Pack Academy program, marking the end of an intense and transformative journey, both personally and professionally.
“From students to professionals: this path gave us solid foundations, hands-on experience, and confidence in our abilities,” they reflect together.
Starting from scratch, Mattia and Bohdan faced every challenge with determination. Their journey combined technical training with valuable international experiences, including time spent at client sites such as a CT Pack customer location in Germany, with upcoming experiences planned at other clients in Spain and Argentina.
This allowed them to apply the knowledge gained during the training program to the advanced machinery manufactured by CT Pack in real-world settings.

“The support from our tutors and the team made all the difference in tackling new tasks and environments,” Mattia comments. “They helped us grow into autonomous professionals, ready to handle real challenges – even working directly with clients abroad.”
Bohdan adds, “The journey was not just about technical learning, but also about becoming part of a team that became like a second family. That human connection was as important as the work itself.”
Looking ahead, both share ambitious goals: “We want to keep learning, become increasingly independent in our roles, and one day pass on what we’ve learned to new generations. Being able to travel the world thanks to this job has been an incredible added value.”
Their success is a testament to CT Pack’s ongoing commitment to growing young talent and supporting them through meaningful and stimulating growth experiences in the automation and packaging industry.
